Role & Company / Project Overview: Anubhuti Culture India is hiring 2 Performance Marketers in Noida. The role requires professionals who make campaigns smarter, decisions more data-driven, and advertising budgets accountable. Following the performance playbook: RUN → TEST → FIX → SCALE, the ideal candidate takes ownership, challenges assumptions, understands numbers, and turns insights into action. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Execute and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns • Track ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates • Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities to improve overall performance • Test ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages through systematic A/B testing • Monitor pixels, conversion tracking, and analytics setups • Manage advertising budgets and scale campaigns based on performance insights • Collaborate with creative teams to enhance advertising effectiveness Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and campaign optimisation • Strong analytical thinking, campaign management experience, and a practical approach to delivering measurable results • Ability to join immediately or on short notice is preferred Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Openings: 2 • Job Type: Full-time • Work Mode: Work from Office • Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 per month Application Instructions: • Share updated CV along with current company, relevant experience, notice period, and a brief overview of managed campaigns.
