• Role & Company / Project Overview: Open Limits is looking for a Media Buyer who knows how to turn ad spend into measurable results. This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads who enjoy analyzing campaign data, testing strategies, and optimizing for better performance. This is not a purely theoretical role; we require someone with practical experience who can take ownership of campaigns, analyze performance, make informed decisions, and work towards improving results in a fast-paced startup environment. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Plan, launch, and manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns - Set up campaigns for leads, sales, traffic, and conversions - Manage targeting, budgets, ad creatives, and ad copies - Track CPC, CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, leads, and conversions - Test audiences, creatives, ad copies, and landing pages - Analyze campaign data and continuously optimize performance - Coordinate with the creative team for high-performing ad creatives - Prepare performance reports for the team and clients - Handle basic Pixel, tracking, and conversion setup issues • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads - Strong understanding of campaign setup, targeting, and optimization - Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Understanding of e-commerce and lead generation campaigns is a plus - Good communication and coordination skills - Responsible, detail-oriented, and performance-driven - Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Sector 132, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India - Work Mode: Full-time | In-office • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: Depends on skills and experience • Application Instructions: - Submit your resume along with portfolio/work samples via the specified contact email.
