Role & Company / Project Overview: Digital Ninja Labs is actively hiring for the position of Meta & Google Ads Executive to manage paid advertising campaigns. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms • Monitor daily campaign performance, ad spend, and conversion metrics to ensure high return on ad spend (ROAS) • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in paid media management (Meta Ads and Google Ads) • Strong working knowledge of PPC strategies, campaign setup, analytics, and tracking • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive campaign improvements Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Work Arrangement: On-site • Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India Compensation & Benefits: • Compensation details not disclosed Application Instructions: • Interested candidates can share their resume with the subject line 'Application – Meta & Google Ads Executive'
