Role & Company / Project Overview: Seeds Stars Montessori is looking for passionate and dedicated Preschool Teachers to join their growing team in Nganjuk, East Java. The role focuses on nurturing early childhood learners in a supportive, collaborative environment implementing Montessori principles. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Merencanakan dan melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran sesuai kurikulum Montessori dan tahap perkembangan anak (Plan and implement learning activities aligned with Montessori curriculum and child development stages). • Menciptakan lingkungan kelas yang aman, nyaman, dan mendukung kemandirian serta eksplorasi anak (Create a classroom environment that is safe, comfortable, and supportive of independence and exploration). • Membimbing anak dalam aktivitas Montessori dengan observasi dan pendekatan individual (Guide children through Montessori activities using observation and individualized approaches). • Melakukan dokumentasi perkembangan anak secara berkala dan menyampaikan kepada orang tua (Document child development regularly and communicate progress to parents). • Berkolaborasi dengan tim sekolah dan orang tua untuk mendukung tumbuh kembang anak (Collaborate with school staff and parents to support holistic child development). • Menanamkan nilai karakter, adab, dan kebiasaan baik dalam keseharian anak (Instill character values, manners, and positive daily habits). • Mengikuti pelatihan dan pengembangan diri untuk meningkatkan kompetensi (Participate in Montessori training and continuous personal development). Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in PG-PAUD/PAUD, Psychology, Education, English, Arabic, or relevant fields. • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Preschool teacher preferred (Montessori background preferred); fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. • Genuine passion for early childhood education and deep understanding of early childhood developmental stages. • Patient, loving toward children, creative, responsible, and having a positive personality. • Strong communication and collaborative skills. • Basic proficiency in English or Arabic is a distinct advantage. • Willingness to undergo Montessori training and skill development programs. • Physically and mentally healthy, non-smoker.
