Job description

• Role & Company / Project Overview: An International School in Karawang is hiring a dedicated Primary Teacher to provide high-quality education, foster student engagement, and integrate character building. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Plan and deliver effective, student-centered learning sessions - Maintain strong classroom management and actively engage students - Adapt instructional strategies to support varied student learning needs - Utilize educational technology and digital tools to enhance classroom learning - Integrate Islamic values and character education seamlessly into day-to-day student instruction • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Education, Primary Education, or a related field - Ability to read the Qur’an proficiently with a sound understanding of Islamic values - Good spoken and written English communication capabilities - Proven classroom management and student engagement abilities - Competence in designing student-centered lesson plans and adapting teaching strategies - Proficiency in leveraging digital resources and educational technology - Preferred Qualifications: English proficiency at CEFR B2 level or above - Preferred Qualifications: Experience teaching with an international curriculum is an advantage - Preferred Qualifications: Prior teaching experience in an international or Islamic primary school is highly preferred - Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with integrating character building and Islamic values into classroom curricula • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Karawang, Jawa Barat (West Java), Indonesia - Work setting: Onsite at school campus • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified • Application Instructions: - Submit CV via email or apply through Glints.
