Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP FSRI Consultant with deep expertise in Reinsurance Management, SAP FSRI configuration, implementation, and production support. This role supports major reinsurance processes and financial integrations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Configure and support SAP FSRI reinsurance processes across the organization. • Manage treaty setup, contract setup, premium calculations, claims, recoveries, commissions, and settlements. • Ensure accurate reinsurance accounting, Unearned Premium Reserve (UPR), reinstatement premiums, and financial postings. • Troubleshoot integration, reconciliation, and posting issues. • Support Month-End, Quarter-End, and Year-End financial closing activities. • Perform hands-on SIT, UAT, production support, and defect resolution. • Create and maintain functional specification documentation and perform basic ABAP debugging. • Collaborate closely with Finance, Actuarial, and Business stakeholders. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 15+ years of overall SAP experience. • 3+ years of hands-on SAP FSRI (Reinsurance) experience. • Mandatory: Proven Insurance/Reinsurance industry experience. • Expertise in Treaty & Facultative Reinsurance. • In-depth knowledge of Proportional & Non-Proportional Reinsurance Structures. • Experience with Ceded & Assumed Reinsurance. • Extensive experience in treaty configuration, contract setup, premium calculation, claims, recoveries, commissions, and settlements. • Strong understanding of Reinsurance Accounting, UPR, and Reinstatement Premiums. • Integration experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR) and SAP FSCD. • Proven ability in SIT, UAT, production support, defect resolution, ABAP debugging, and functional specification documentation.
