• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow SPM Architect to lead solution architecture, technical governance, platform design, and enterprise integrations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead overall ServiceNow solution architecture and translate business requirements into scalable technical designs - Design architecture across Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), TPSM, core ServiceNow platform, data, security, and integrations - Create scalable technical blueprints covering platform capabilities, data schemas, security models, and system integrations - Establish and enforce technical governance and design standards - Ensure solutions remain upgrade-friendly and minimize unnecessary ServiceNow customizations - Act as the technical bridge between client stakeholders, third-party vendors, and internal IT teams - Validate technical decisions and maintain architectural alignment across dependent systems - Drive enterprise-level architecture, integration strategy, and platform best practices • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 12 to 15+ years of experience - ServiceNow Architecture expertise - ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) - TPSM - Platform & Domain Architecture - Technical Governance - Data & Security Architecture - System Integrations - Enterprise Solution Design - Stakeholder & Vendor Management • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: New Jersey - Work Mode: Onsite / Remote • Application Instructions: Interested candidates please submit an updated resume for consideration.
