Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Senior ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture for a 6+ months contract role (with possible extension). Job ID: 125097. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead ServiceNow SPM architecture, design, and enterprise implementation initiatives. • Oversee Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and Resource Management workflows. • Drive CMDB Governance and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) alignment across the platform. • Architect and support ITOM, Discovery, and Service Mapping capabilities. • Direct Strategic Planning and Financial Planning implementations within the ServiceNow ecosystem. • Oversee enterprise architecture standards, platform integrations, and overall ServiceNow platform governance. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 12+ years of overall IT industry experience. • 5+ years of dedicated ServiceNow SPM experience. • In-depth expertise in ServiceNow SPM Architecture & Implementation. • Proven track record with Demand Management, PPM, Resource Management, CMDB Governance, CSDM, ITOM, Discovery, and Service Mapping. • Solid background in Enterprise Architecture, platform integrations, and governance standards. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Jersey City, New Jersey, United States. • Contract Duration: 6+ Months Contract (Possible Extension).
