Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect with strong expertise in platform architecture, CMDB, and enterprise ServiceNow solutions. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Architect and deliver enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across the organization. - Design and implement architecture involving ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and CSDM. - Drive enterprise integrations, API developments, and workflow automations across platforms. - Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and problem-solving across ServiceNow implementations. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. - 10 years of ServiceNow platform experience. - 8+ years of enterprise ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience. - Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and CSDM. - Proven expertise in enterprise integrations, APIs, and workflow automation. - ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) certification. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Preferred Qualifications: - ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications - ITIL Foundation V3 or higher • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Lansing, Michigan. - Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule (Local candidates are highly preferred; candidates are not required to be local to Lansing as long as they are able to follow the hybrid schedule from the beginning, which is non-negotiable). • Application Instructions Interested candidates, please share your updated resume or reach out for more details through the designated contact channels.
