• Role & Company / Project Overview: The Brokers is expanding its real estate team and actively hiring an experienced Senior Sales Manager for its New Cairo branch. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead, manage, and supervise real estate sales operations and team members. - Guide sales strategy, drive property transactions, and achieve company sales targets. - Manage relationships with high-net-worth clients, property investors, and developers. - Oversee pipeline reporting, contract negotiations, and closing deals. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Proven background and extensive sales experience in the real estate / brokerage sector. - Demonstrated leadership ability and strong market acumen in property sales. - Excellent negotiation, closing, and communication skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. - Schedule: 2 days off per week. - Location: New Cairo, Cairo Governorate, Egypt. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates should apply by sending their updated CV.
