• Role & Company / Project Overview: The Brokers is hiring an experienced Senior Property Consultant to advise clients and market premium real estate projects in New Cairo. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Deliver comprehensive property consultation to prospective clients and investors. - Identify client requirements, present suitable real estate developments, and conduct property visits. - Lead sales negotiations from initial inquiry to final contract execution. - Build and maintain relationships with developers and property buyers. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Significant experience as a senior sales executive or property consultant in real estate brokerage. - Strong sales closing abilities and detailed knowledge of the local property market. - Outstanding verbal communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. - Schedule: 2 days off per week. - Location: New Cairo, Cairo Governorate, Egypt. • Application Instructions: - Send your CV to apply.
