• Role & Company / Project Overview: The Brokers is seeking an energetic and experienced Sales Manager to join its real estate brokerage team at Zayed (West Mark). • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage and support a team of real estate sales agents and property consultants. - Monitor sales performance, mentor team members, and ensure sales targets are achieved. - Engage with prospective buyers, present property options, and facilitate successful closings. - Handle customer inquiries and build long-term relationships with clients. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Solid experience in real estate sales and team supervision. - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation capabilities. - In-depth understanding of the local real estate and property investment market. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. - Schedule: 2 days off per week. - Location: West Mark, Sheikh Zayed, Giza Governorate, Egypt. • Application Instructions: - Interested applicants should submit their CV to apply.
