• Role & Company / Project Overview FMPlus Property & Facility Management is expanding its operations team and seeking a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer to join the facility management team in New Cairo. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Handle civil engineering maintenance, inspections, and facility operations. - Prepare technical and periodic reports concerning civil works and facility condition. - Monitor work progress on-site to ensure civil tasks and maintenance are completed efficiently. - Coordinate and manage technical teams and vendors. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Facility Management. - Solid background in civil engineering principles applied to building maintenance and facility operations. - Proven experience in preparing comprehensive technical and periodic reports. - Good team management and coordination skills. - Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Location: New Cairo, Cairo, Egypt. - Working Days & Offs: 2 days off per week. • Application Instructions - Send an updated CV to the designated HR contact.
