• Role & Company / Project Overview FMPlus Property & Facility Management is hiring a Mechanical Engineer to join its growing operations team in New Cairo. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Oversee mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and related equipment) within the facility. - Prepare technical and periodic maintenance and inspection reports. - Monitor operational progress and make sure all mechanical tasks are executed efficiently. - Lead, manage, and coordinate team activities on-site. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Facility Management. - Background in Mechanical Engineering. - Demonstrated capability in drafting technical and periodic maintenance reports. - Effective team management, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Capability to handle multi-tasking and efficient task execution. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: New Cairo, Cairo, Egypt. - Schedule: Full-time role offering 2 days off per week. • Application Instructions - Interested professionals should submit an updated CV to the hiring team.
