Role & Company / Project Overview: Sec1 Security Group is hiring serious, reliable, and professional Security Officers for construction site security. We are looking for professionals who show up on time every shift, do not use drugs, follow directions and company policies, stay alert and awake while on property, act proactively while on shift, maintain professionalism at all times, and remain highly motivated. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Maintain a visible security presence on the construction site • Utilize de-escalation and conflict resolution skills • Conduct badging verification and access control • Patrol and monitor assigned locations across the property • Handle security incidents and report them accurately • Control access and enforce all site rules and regulations • Provide excellent customer service • Complete mandatory Desert Tortoise Training Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Must be 21 years of age or older • Minimum 2 years of security, law enforcement, or military experience • Active Nevada PILB Guard Card (Required) • Mandatory pre-employment drug screening required (must be drug-free including Cannabis and THC) • Reliable personal vehicle required • Strong communication and decision-making skills • Demonstrated integrity, respect for others, and personal accountability • Equipment required by first shift: Black Duty Belt, Radio Pouch, Tan Pants, Tan or Black High-Top Boots, and a high-powered flashlight • Candidate profile: Do not apply if you call off, show up late, use drugs, cannot stay off your phone, do not take the job seriously, sleep on the job, leave post without authorization, or do not prioritize teammate safety Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Steady hours: 32 to 40 hours per week • Onsite construction site security in Nevada Compensation & Benefits: • Hourly pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (Based on Experience) • Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance (optional) • Advanced tactical and continuing education • Career advancement opportunities • Supportive "We Care" Program and professional work environment Application Instructions: • Apply online via the company careers portal.
