primion Technology GmbH is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Converged Security and Workforce Management in the Neu-Isenburg / Frankfurt am Main area. As a market leader in Converged Security Solutions and Workforce Management, Primion combines security technology, software solutions, and business processes into comprehensive systems. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for the successful implementation of customer projects in Converged Security from order intake to commissioning. - Coordinate project participants and ensure seamless collaboration between customers, subcontractors, technicians, and presales consultants. - Plan and control budgets, deadlines, resources, and project progress while keeping customer requirements in focus. - Analyze technical and organizational requirements with customers and support implementation into hardware and software solutions. - Ensure business processes and security requirements are optimally mapped in systems and applications. - Coordinate hardware installation by external service providers and plan inspection, commissioning, and acceptance by service technicians. - Work closely with presales consulting specialists for software-related services and support resource planning. - Identify project risks early, develop solutions, and ensure economically successful execution. - Organize project meetings, training, and customer sign-offs, serving as the central point of contact. Qualifications & Requirements: - Technical training (e.g., IT systems electronics technician, electronics technician, computer science expert) or a degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Security Technology, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. - Initial project management experience in technical projects, ideally in security technology, IT systems, access control, time management, or building automation. - Technical understanding of both hardware and software solutions. - Passion for connecting technical systems with business processes. - Structured, independent, and economical working style. - Good German (fluent) and English skills. - Valid Class B driver's license. Benefits: - Gross salary range: €60,000 - €75,000 per year plus company car (private use included with Europe-wide fuel card). - 40 hours per week, 30 days vacation, flexible working hours with home office options. - Travel time to clients counted as working time, company pension scheme, and corporate benefits.
