Job description

Primion Technology GmbH is seeking a Senior Solution Manager for Workforce Optimization & Compliance on a 100% remote basis. In this role, you will take strategic and functional responsibility for the further development of workforce management solutions, shaping efficient, compliant scheduling, shift optimization, and workforce cost control systems. You will serve as the Domain Owner for Workforce within the solution stack and act as the primary interface between Product Management, R&D, Legal, Sales, and clients. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with labor laws (German/EU) and KRITIS requirements, defining functional software requirements for engineering teams, optimizing HR/ERP system integrations (APIs and data models), and supporting complex presales activities and client workshops. Candidates should possess a relevant degree in Business Informatics, Engineering, or Business Administration alongside 5 to 8 years of professional experience in workforce management or HR-IT systems.
