### Role & Company / Project Overview Ruhi Manpower Solutions is urgently hiring eligible, alert, and physically fit candidates for the position of Security Guard to maintain safety, surveillance, and order on-site. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Maintain a safe and secure environment across the assigned premises. - Monitor entry and exit points, control unauthorized access, and conduct routine surveillance rounds. - Maintain high alertness, discipline, and security protocol compliance during duty. - Report any irregularities, security breaches, or emergencies promptly to management. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Education: Minimum 10th Standard / Matriculation pass. - Height Requirement: Minimum 170 cm. - Weight Requirement: Minimum 60 kg. - Physical Fitness: Strong physical fitness, good stamina, discipline, and alertness. - Experience: Prior security guard or safety monitoring experience is preferred. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Duty Hours: 12 Hours per day. - Job Location: Neem Ka Thana, Sikar District, Rajasthan, India. - Work Type: Full-Time Onsite. ### Compensation & Benefits - Fixed Salary: ₹18,500 per month. ### Application Instructions - Eligible candidates should contact Ruhi Manpower Solutions via email for further details and to initiate the joining process.
