Role & Company / Project Overview: PT Hiron Indonesia Industry, a cold chain manufacturing company specializing in commercial freezers and refrigerated display units, is hiring for the position of Security (Satpam) based in Kawasan Industri Kendal, Central Java. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct routine safety and security inspections across company premises • Maintain the safety and security of all company personnel and visitors • Ensure the protection and security of company assets, machinery, and equipment Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Male candidate • Minimum education: SMA / SMK / High School equivalent • Physically and mentally fit • Good conduct with no prior criminal record • Possess a certified security guard training certificate (Gada Pratama) • Prior experience working as a Security Guard / Satpam is an added value • Strong communication skills: polite, respectful, yet firm and assertive • Disciplined, honest, trustworthy, and responsible • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Willing to work in a 3-shift rotation system, including public holidays and rotational off days • Location: Kawasan Industri Kendal, Kabupaten Kendal, Jawa Tengah (Central Java), Indonesia Application Instructions: • Submit an updated CV via email with the subject line format: Security_Nama • Only shortlisted and qualified candidates will be contacted • The entire recruitment process is completely free of charge (no fees involved)
