Role & Company / Project Overview: Country Inn Dehradun, part of Country Inn Hotels & Resorts, is looking for passionate, skilled, and dedicated hospitality professionals to join its security department as a Fire Officer. This role is essential for maintaining safety standards and emergency preparedness across the property. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee fire safety protocols, systems, and equipment across the hotel premises. • Conduct routine inspections of fire safety devices, alarms, extinguishers, and hydrants to ensure compliance with standards. • Organize and lead regular fire drill sessions and emergency response training for hotel staff. • Respond swiftly and effectively to any emergency situations, accidents, or fire hazards. • Maintain detailed logs, compliance records, and incident reports related to fire and life safety. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Relevant certification or diploma in Fire Safety, Industrial Safety, or related discipline. • Prior experience as a Fire Officer or Safety Executive, preferably within the hospitality, facility management, or commercial sector. • Strong understanding of local fire safety regulations, prevention techniques, and emergency response management. • Sound communication, leadership, and crisis management skills.
