### Role & Company / Project Overview CodeForce 360 is hiring an experienced SAP HCM Consultant for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Handle SAP HCM modules focusing on Payroll, Compensation, and Time Management. • Configure, support, and maintain US Payroll, Benefits, Time Management, OM (Organizational Management), and PA (Personnel Administration). • Work with BSI tax factory integration, Kronos time management integration, and CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheet). • Write and customize Payroll Schemas and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCR). • Support and administer 401(k) retirement plans and related payroll deductions. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Comprehensive expertise in SAP HCM / SAP Payroll. • Core technical & functional skills required: US Payroll, Benefits, Time Management, OM, PA, BSI, Kronos, CATS, Payroll Schema, PCR, 401(k). ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Nashville, Tennessee, United States. • Work Model: Hybrid. • Contract Duration: 6 months+. ### Compensation & Benefits • Pay Rate: $70/hr. ### Application Instructions • Qualified candidates are requested to submit their updated resume to the contact email provided.
