### Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Oracle Payroll Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Payroll for an immediate recruitment on a C2C basis in the US. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Handle Oracle Payroll configuration and full implementation lifecycle. • Work extensively with Fidelity Payroll Feedback Files, validating and processing data. • Oversee payroll processing and maintain accurate withholding information. • Incorporate tax withholding information directly into Oracle Payroll. • Perform payroll data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting across cycles. • Manage and support Oracle Payroll interfaces and integrations. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience: 10+ years preferred (minimum 8+ years required). • Strong proficiency in Oracle HCM with deep functional and technical experience in the Payroll module. • Proven hands-on experience in Oracle Payroll configuration and implementation. • Experience with Fidelity Payroll Feedback Files is highly preferred. Candidates lacking Fidelity-specific experience will also be considered if they possess strong Oracle Payroll knowledge and a solid understanding of incorporating withholding information into the payroll system. • Knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft Payroll is considered a strong plus. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: 100% Remote (Candidates from any location are welcome). • Employment Type: C2C (Contract-to-Contract). ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated resume / CV for review.
