• Role & Company / Project Overview Immediate Requirement on C2H: Hiring an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical HCM Consultant for a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity (converting to full-time with the client after 6 months). Candidates must hold VISA GC or USC only. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Develop and support Oracle Fusion HCM integrations - Build reports, extracts, interfaces, and technical solutions - Support data conversion and migration activities - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues - Work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders - Participate in implementation, testing, deployment, and production support • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Technical - Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) - HCM Extracts - HDL / HSDL - BI Publisher (BIP) / OTBI - Fast Formulas - REST / SOAP Web Services - SQL - Oracle Fusion HCM integrations & technical development - Experience with Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, or related HCM modules - Eligibility: GC or USC only • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Tennessee, USA - Work Model: Remote for the first 3 months, then onsite in Tennessee thereafter - Duration: Long Term (Contract to Hire - 6 months C2H) • Application Instructions - Share resume with the recruiting team for immediate review.
