• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring a Back Office Trainer for our operational facility in Andheri, Mumbai. Open for both entry-level freshers and experienced candidates. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Conduct training sessions for back office staff on process workflows, guidelines, and systems. - Prepare training materials, monitor trainee progress, and perform assessments. - Provide coaching and support to ensure team readiness and quality standards. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: Fresher to 1 year. - Basic computer knowledge required. - Immediate joiners only. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. - Selection Process: Walk-in interview. • Compensation & Benefits - Fresher Salary: ₹15,000 take-home per month. - Experienced Salary: ₹20,000 take-home per month. • Application Instructions - Submit suitable profiles via email or contact through WhatsApp.
