• Role & Company / Project Overview VDart Inc. is hiring experienced Global Talent Acquisition / US Recruitment professionals for the role of Team Lead / Associate Manager – Talent Acquisition. The position entails managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and partnering directly with US stakeholders and hiring managers. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage end-to-end Global TA / US Recruitment lifecycle - Partner directly with US Hiring Managers & Stakeholders - Handle requirement intake, sourcing, screening & candidate assessment - Drive Talent Identification, Talent Mapping & Passive Sourcing - Manage interview coordination, candidate engagement & follow-ups - Handle offer management, compensation negotiation & onboarding coordination - Lead and support recruiters while driving quality, SLA & hiring delivery - Manage niche, volume, and business-critical hiring requirements - Track recruitment metrics, pipelines, and overall hiring performance • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Proven experience in Global Talent Acquisition / US Recruitment / US Staffing - Hands-on experience partnering with US stakeholders and hiring managers - Expertise in talent sourcing, passive candidate mapping, screening, interview coordination, and offer management - Strong background in driving team SLAs, quality delivery, and pipeline tracking - Priority skills: Global Talent Acquisition, US Recruitment, Global TA, Talent Acquisition Specialist, International Recruitment, US Stakeholders, Candidate Management, Stakeholder Management • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India - Work Model: Work from Office - Shift: US Shift / Flexible to Business Requirements - Transport: Pick-up & Drop Cab Available • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive compensation, transport facility (pick-up & drop cab), and professional global career growth opportunities • Application Instructions - Share updated resume with the recruitment team via email or reach out through call/WhatsApp
