• Role & Company / Project Overview Accord Infosystems is hiring an Information Security Manager – SOC for Avanse Financial Services for an opportunity based in Andheri, Mumbai. This leadership position reports directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and oversees the organization's security operations center. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage and lead SOC operations and continuous security monitoring - Deliver hands-on expertise in SIEM tools, including use-case creation, rule testing, and alert tuning - Drive SOAR automation implementation and oversee incident response procedures - Manage MSSP partners and direct third-party SOC operations - Handle log management, threat detection, and comprehensive security incident investigations - Develop and track SOC KPIs, KRIs, and executive security dashboards - Maintain strong stakeholder management and coordinate closely with IT and Cloud engineering teams • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Overall professional experience: 10+ years - Mandatory SOC experience: Minimum 6+ years of dedicated SOC operations experience - Proven leadership track record managing enterprise security operations - In-depth expertise in SIEM, SOAR, threat detection, incident handling, and MSSP management - Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment capabilities • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra - Work setting: Onsite • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive salary as per industry standards • Application Instructions - Share updated resume via the official contact email or reach out to the recruiter phone number provided
