Role & Company / Project Overview: Inspira Enterprise India Ltd. is hiring an experienced cybersecurity professional with strong expertise in Security Operations Center (SOC) management for the role of SOC Manager in Kochi. The selected candidate will lead and manage 24x7x365 SOC operations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead and oversee overall SOC operations and team performance • Ensure compliance with defined SOC processes, procedures, SLAs, and escalation mechanisms • Monitor and review security incidents, cases, timelines, and operational activities • Manage incident response activities and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders • Develop and maintain SOC policies, procedures, documentation, schedules, and operational plans • Define and track cybersecurity and SOC performance metrics and present periodic reports to leadership • Drive continuous process improvements and enhance the organization's security posture • Guide teams in developing and configuring SIEM use cases, log baselines, and security monitoring capabilities • Manage log source onboarding and recommend additions or changes to the monitoring scope • Oversee resource allocation, project schedules, and sustaining activities to ensure successful execution • Guide L2 teams in configuring and optimizing SOC monitoring tools Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Total Experience: 8 to 12 Years • Strong background in SOC operations, SIEM architecture, incident management, cybersecurity operations, and team leadership • Required Technology Expertise: - IBM QRadar SIEM: Expert level - Palo Alto Cortex XDR: Expert / Intermediate level - IBM Guardium DAM: Intermediate level Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Kochi, Kerala • Shift: Overseeing 24x7x365 SOC operations Compensation & Benefits: • Not specified Application Instructions: • Interested candidates can share their profiles directly via email.
