Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a skilled and motivated cybersecurity professional to join our team as a SOC Manager. This role focuses on leading security operations, managing real-time monitoring workflows, and safeguarding critical organizational IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee Security Operations Center (SOC) processes, monitoring workflows, and real-time security event analysis. • Lead incident response activities, investigation of alerts, and mitigation of potential cybersecurity threats. • Ensure continuous coverage and adherence to security policies, protocols, and standard operating procedures. • Coordinate with technical teams to enhance threat detection capabilities and overall security posture. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Security Operations, SOC, and Cybersecurity. • Educational Qualification: B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA. • Strong understanding of threat intelligence, incident management, SIEM tooling, and enterprise defense. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Delhi, India. • Working Days: 6 days a week. • Work Mode: On-site. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: Up to ₹14 LPA (1,400,000 INR per year).
