Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview Security Lit Pvt. Limited is hiring a Red Teaming Specialist with a robust background in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) and offensive security. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Execute red teaming operations and adversary simulation exercises. - Conduct active directory assessments and perform post-exploitation activities. - Execute initial access, privilege escalation, and lateral movement techniques. - Perform web application and API penetration testing. - Conduct vulnerability exploitation and simulated threat attacks. - Perform comprehensive security assessments and deliver technical reporting. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 2.5+ years of relevant experience in offensive security. - Mandatory hands-on knowledge and experience in Red Teaming (candidates with only VAPT experience and no Red Teaming exposure will not be considered). - Core Skills: Red Teaming & Adversary Simulation, Active Directory & Post-Exploitation, Initial Access, Privilege Escalation & Lateral Movement, Web & API Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Exploitation & Attack Simulation, Security Assessment & Technical Reporting. - Preferred Certifications: OSCP, CRTO, CRTP, PNPT, eCPPT, or similar security certifications are a plus. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Working Mode: Onsite Only. - Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. • Compensation & Benefits - Competitive compensation based on current CTC and expected CTC. • Application Instructions - Submit your resume along with your current CTC, expected CTC, joining notice period, and confirmation of comfort with working onsite in Mumbai via email or apply directly online.
