### Role & Company / Project Overview Thinkers Generation Recruitment Firm is hiring Food & Beverage Service Team Leaders (F&B Service TL - 3 openings) for a Restaurant & Bar establishment in Lower Parel, Mumbai. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead and supervise front-of-house service staff, including stewards and servers, across assigned dining floor sections. - Ensure adherence to high service standards, prompt order taking, and efficient food and beverage delivery. - Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely order dispatch and seamless dining operations. - Assist in training service staff on hospitality protocols, guest etiquette, and upselling techniques. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Prior experience in food and beverage service supervision or as a senior captain/team lead in restaurants or hotels. - Strong communication, team management, and problem-solving abilities. - Only candidates residing in Mumbai are eligible to apply. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India - Accommodation: Accommodation will not be provided. ### Application Instructions Eligible candidates can forward their updated CV for consideration.
