Role & Company / Project Overview: A leading Fine Dine Restaurant property represented by Zodiac HR is recruiting an experienced Senior Steward for their Lower Parel location in Mumbai. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead food and beverage service in allocated restaurant stations adhering to luxury fine dining standards. • Welcome guests, handle VIP tables, and manage customer preferences and feedback. • Mentor and guide stewards and assistants in table service, hygiene, and upselling. • Coordinate service flow with the kitchen team to maintain optimal service pace. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Good communication skills are mandatory. • Proven track record in fine dining restaurants. • Impeccable grooming, high professional standards, and strong interpersonal skills. • Reliable and positive hospitality work attitude. • Immediate joiners preferred.
