Role & Company / Project Overview: A prestigious Fine Dine Restaurant property represented by Zodiac HR is hiring a Steward for its Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) outlet in Mumbai, providing a strong growth platform for hospitality professionals. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Serve food and beverages to guests following strict fine dining protocols. • Take orders accurately, address guest requests, and ensure premium dining experiences. • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, station cleanliness, and table etiquette. • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Good communication skills are mandatory. • Prior experience in fine dining restaurants is preferred. • Polished grooming standards and exceptional guest relation skills. • Positive, energetic, and professional hospitality attitude. • Immediate joiners preferred.
