### Role & Company / Project Overview Thinkers Generation Recruitment Firm is hiring a Guest Relations Executive (GRE - 1 opening) for a dining and bar venue in Lower Parel, Mumbai. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage table reservations, and escort patrons to their allocated seating. - Handle incoming guest inquiries, reservation bookings over the phone or in person, and coordinate table availability. - Address guest concerns promptly, gather dining feedback, and ensure an overall welcoming and positive guest experience. - Maintain front desk reception area cleanliness and update reservation logs. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Previous experience in guest relations, front desk, or hostess roles in premium dining, restaurant, or hotel environments. - Excellent verbal communication, grooming, and interpersonal presentation skills. - Only candidates residing in Mumbai are eligible to apply. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India - Accommodation: Accommodation will not be provided. ### Application Instructions Interested candidates may send their updated CV.
