Role & Company / Project Overview: Travelwindo is hiring a Travel Agent for its Day Shift operations to manage comprehensive international travel bookings, ticketing, and itineraries. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage flight reservations, ticketing, cancellations, and amendments • Process travel bookings specializing in India & Canada routes • Oversee itinerary management, fare rules, and seat availability • Deliver professional customer support and handle client queries Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 1–2 years of experience in travel management • Hands-on experience with GDS and Amadeus platforms • Strong proven experience in travel bookings for India and Canada routes • Thorough knowledge of fare rules, availability, and itinerary structuring • Strong communication and customer-handling capabilities • Immediate joiners preferred Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Shift: Day Shift • Job Type: On-site / Work From Office (WFO) • Location: Mohali, Punjab, India Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive compensation as per industry standards Application Instructions: Apply by contacting the HR team via email or call.
