Role & Company / Project Overview: Travelwindo is seeking a Travel Agent for its Night Shift team to coordinate ticketing, reservations, and customer support for international destinations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Execute flight reservations, ticketing, reissuances, cancellations, and schedule amendments • Handle international travel bookings specifically focusing on India and Canada sectors • Analyze and apply fare rules, availability, and complex itinerary planning • Provide exceptional client communication and resolve customer booking issues Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 1–2 years of relevant travel industry experience • Practical, hands-on experience using GDS systems and Amadeus • Strong experience handling travel bookings for India & Canada • Strong understanding of flight reservations, fare rules, and cancellation processes • Strong communication and customer-handling skills • Immediate joiners preferred Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Shift: Night Shift • Job Type: On-site / Work From Office (WFO) • Location: Mohali, Punjab, India Compensation & Benefits: • Standard industry compensation package Application Instructions: Interested candidates can reach out via call or send their resume to the official HR email.
