• Role & Company / Project Overview: Innova Solutions / Innova IT Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Financial Services, Treasury, and Payments experience to lead strategic modernization initiatives. The role involves leading transformational delivery projects such as Treasury and Payments Modernization, Digital Customer Experience, Digital Sales Enablement, or Financial Services Technology. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Deliver complex, cross-functional strategic modernization initiatives. - Provide end-to-end project lifecycle management from conception through deployment. - Manage project planning, budgets, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution. - Conduct stakeholder management across business, operations, risk, compliance, and technology units. - Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), system integration, implementation, and vendor coordination. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 7–10+ years of Project Management experience within Financial Services. - Strong expertise in Banking, Treasury, Payments, and Fee Income. - Proven track record with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies. - Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools including Jira, Confluence, and MS Project (or similar tools). - Strong background in UAT, system integration, implementation, and vendor management. - Financial markets and regulatory/compliance experience preferred. - PMP, SAFe, or CSM certifications preferred. - Proven transformational delivery experience in Treasury, Payments Modernization, Digital Customer Experience, Digital Sales Enablement, or Financial Services Technology. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Midvale, Utah (UT), United States. - Work Arrangement: Strictly Onsite. - Note: Local candidates only; non-local candidates are not workable. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Interested and qualified local candidates should submit their updated resume to the recruiter.
