• Role & Company / Project Overview F2P Consulting is actively hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead critical Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and financial systems integration initiatives for their global client, Mastercard. This role entails managing cross-functional teams, overseeing the entire software and business integration lifecycle, and driving the integration of acquired business units. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with exceptional communication skills, ensuring smooth project delivery and strategic alignment. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans for P2P and payment system integrations. - Lead cross-functional technical and business teams through the full software and business integration lifecycle. - Coordinate M&A and business integration activities, ensuring timely and effective onboarding and delivery. - Establish and manage project schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and milestone deliverables. - Proactively identify project risks and issues, and implement robust mitigation plans and strategies. - Report project progress, key metrics, and status updates clearly to senior leadership and key stakeholders. - Facilitate regular project check-ins, alignment workshops, and status meetings. - Ensure deliverables and success metrics are met: successful integration of P2P platforms according to project timelines, clear stakeholder alignment, effective management of M&A integration milestones, accurate resource utilization and budget tracking, and high-quality project documentation. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 8+ years of technical project management experience leading technical teams across Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Strong domain expertise and understanding of financial processes, reconciliation, and payment flows in a payment environment. - Work Authorization: USC, GC, H4 EAD, or GC EAD (US candidates only). - Certifications: PMP and/or CSM certifications (or equivalent) are highly desirable / preferred. - Desired ERP Skills: 10+ years of experience working with large-scale ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a strong plus. - Key attributes include expertise in technical project management, Agile & Scrum methodologies, cloud modernization, and team collaboration. - LinkedIn profile is required. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Mechanicsville, VA (Hybrid work model: 3 days per week on-site). - Mode of Interview: Virtual. - Duration: 6+ Months contract. • Compensation & Benefits - Contract engagement (6+ Months). • Application Instructions - Submit updated resume along with experience and location details. - Use the subject line format: FirstnameLastname_Skillset_Experience_Location.
