• Role & Company / Project Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives across multiple teams, stakeholders, and delivery workstreams. The ideal candidate is a strong, collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates confidently from working-team levels through executive leadership, and brings structure, accountability, and momentum to complex programs. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead complex projects and initiatives across multiple teams, workstreams, stakeholders, and business priorities. - Manage Agile delivery teams using Scaled Agile practices, including PI Planning, dependency management, team alignment, and delivery tracking. - Develop clear project plans, milestones, deliverables, ownership models, and execution strategies. - Leverage Jira dashboards, reporting, metrics, and team health indicators to monitor progress and drive data-informed decisions. - Coordinate matrixed development teams and manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and timelines. - Partner with third-party vendors and external stakeholders to support delivery and launch readiness. - Proactively identify, mitigate, escalate, and communicate risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies. - Support team formation, onboarding, and ramp-up of new team members. - Facilitate communication across technical teams, business stakeholders, senior leadership, and executives. - Drive project launches through readiness planning, cross-functional alignment, execution, and post-launch follow-through. - Foster a high-performing culture focused on collaboration, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 7–15 years of experience as a Project Manager leading complex technology, software development, or transformation initiatives. - Strong experience managing Agile teams in matrixed environments. - Solid understanding of Scaled Agile practices, including PI Planning and cross-team dependency management. - Hands-on experience with Jira reporting, dashboards, metrics, and delivery analytics. - Strong risk, issue, dependency, and escalation management skills. - Experience working with third-party vendors, partners, or external delivery teams. - Excellent communication skills with technical teams, business stakeholders, senior leaders, and executives. - Strong leadership, facilitation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments with competing priorities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Omaha, NE. - Work Model: Onsite – 5 Days/Week. - Employment Type: W2 Only. • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified. • Application Instructions - W2 candidates only.
