Role & Company / Project Overview: China Railway 18th Bureau Group (CR18G) is hiring a Civil Technical BBS Engineer for a major high-rise project located in Medina, Saudi Arabia. • Project: Superblock Five – East of Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, Medina • Client: Rua Al-Madinah Holding • Consultant: KEO International Consultants • Main Contractor: China Railway 18th Bureau Group (CR18G) Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Review and coordinate structural reinforcement drawings and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for high-rise building construction • Oversee rebar detailing and reinforced concrete structure drafting and implementation • Coordinate technical workflows and handle problem-solving across structural disciplines Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related qualification • Strong experience in BBS, rebar detailing, and reinforced concrete structures • Proven experience on High-Rise Building Projects is required • Experience with post-tensioned slabs and complex high-rise structures is preferred • Strong knowledge of structural drawings, reinforcement detailing, and construction methodology • Proficiency in AutoCAD; Tekla, Revit, CADS RC, or other BBS/rebar software is an advantage • Strong technical coordination and problem-solving skills • Good English communication skills • Saudi / GCC high-rise project experience preferred • Saudi-based candidates with immediate or short-notice availability preferred Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia (Superblock Five – East of Al-Masjid an-Nabawi) • Work Arrangement: Onsite project location Compensation & Benefits: • Standard company terms as per project requirements (not specified) Application Instructions: Interested candidates should forward their CV to the hiring team.
