Role & Company / Project Overview: China Railway 18th Bureau Group (CR18G) is hiring an experienced Lead Civil & Structural Supervisor for their prestigious high-rise construction and luxury hospitality project, Superblock Five – High-Rise Towers & 5-Star Hospitality, located in Medina, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Supervise daily civil and structural site activities, including concrete, reinforcement, formwork, foundations, slabs, beams, and columns. • Monitor site progress, manpower, productivity, workmanship, and construction schedules. • Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, quality standards, and safety requirements. • Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractor teams. • Resolve site issues and support inspections and technical clarifications. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 12–15+ Years in civil and structural supervision. • Relevant Civil / Structural Engineering degree or technical qualification. • Proven experience in high-rise towers and 5-star hotel projects is preferred. • Strong technical knowledge, leadership, and coordination skills. • Saudi/GCC construction experience preferred. • Candidates available in Saudi Arabia are encouraged to apply.
