Role & Company / Project Overview: China Railway 18th Bureau Group (CR18G) is seeking a Senior Civil & Structural Engineer to join their prestigious project: Superblock Five – High-Rise Towers & 5-Star Hospitality in Medina, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Review structural drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and technical submittals. • Coordinate foundations, reinforced concrete structures, slabs, beams, columns, and shear walls. • Identify design discrepancies, technical clashes, and constructability issues. • Coordinate with Consultants, Architecture, MEP, QA/QC, and Construction teams. • Manage RFIs, technical clarifications, method statements, and material submittals. • Ensure compliance with project specifications and approved engineering requirements. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 12–15+ Years in civil and structural engineering. • Relevant Civil / Structural Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification. • Proven experience in high-rise towers and 5-star hotel projects is preferred. • Strong technical knowledge, leadership, and coordination skills. • Saudi/GCC construction experience preferred. • Candidates available in Saudi Arabia are encouraged to apply.
