• Role & Company / Project Overview Change is hiring an Account Manager on a full-time, on-site basis in Mansoura to manage client relationships, oversee project communication, and ensure high-quality delivery across accounts. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts - Understand client objectives and effectively communicate requirements to internal creative and media teams - Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and client satisfaction - Assist in onboarding new accounts and nurturing ongoing business relationships • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Strong background in client account management or relationship management in an agency environment - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities - Up-to-date CV and portfolio/showreel (as applicable) are required • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Working Days: Sunday to Thursday (with 2 days off) - Hours: Flexible working hours - Job Type: Full-Time - Work Arrangement: On-site in Mansoura • Application Instructions - Send CV and portfolio/showreel via email to the HR team
