• Role & Company / Project Overview Change is expanding its team and hiring immediately for the position of Performance Media Buyer Team Leader in Mansoura. The role entails leading performance marketing initiatives, campaign optimization, and guiding team members towards achieving key client metrics. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead and manage the performance media buying team - Oversee media planning, campaign execution, and performance optimization across paid digital advertising platforms - Monitor key performance metrics, KPIs, and campaign ROI - Coordinate campaign deliverables and strategic alignment with internal teams • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Demonstrated leadership experience in performance media buying and digital advertising - Proven expertise in data-driven campaign management and budget allocation - A portfolio or showreel is required along with a current CV • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Working Days: Sunday to Thursday (with 2 days off) - Hours: Flexible working hours - Job Type: Full-Time - Work Arrangement: On-site in Mansoura • Application Instructions - Submit CV along with portfolio/showreel to the designated HR email
