### Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Advanced Business Analyst with a strong background in financial services, Salesforce CRM, and the nCino loan origination platform. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party vendors to gather requirements, streamline business processes, and support strategic project delivery. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to understand business strategies, processes, and operational requirements. • Gather, analyze, document, and coordinate business, functional, and technical requirements. • Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and functional documentation. • Create, manage, and track JIRA user stories throughout the SDLC using Agile methodologies. • Work closely with Salesforce and nCino teams to support business requirements and system enhancements. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and third-party consultants to ensure successful project execution. • Support project planning, delivery schedules, governance, and change management activities. • Identify workflow improvement opportunities and recommend effective business solutions. • Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting strict deadlines. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 3–5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably within the financial services industry. • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services is preferred. • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM. • 2+ years of experience working with the nCino loan origination system. • 2+ years of experience with JIRA. • Strong experience in gathering and documenting business, functional, and technical requirements. • Experience creating and managing JIRA user stories using Agile methodologies. • Understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum practices. • Knowledge of business operations, IT processes, and change management principles. • Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. • Preferred: Salesforce Administrator Certification. • Preferred: Experience coordinating large cross-functional programs and projects. • Preferred: Knowledge of project governance, performance evaluation, and change management processes. • Key Competencies: Business Requirements Analysis, Salesforce CRM, nCino Loan Origination System, JIRA & Agile User Stories, Financial Services / Banking, Stakeholder Management, SDLC & Scrum, Project Coordination. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Chicago, IL (100% Onsite from Day 1) • Duration: 6 Months contract ### Compensation & Benefits • Rate: $55/hr C2C ### Application Instructions • Please reach out via the provided recruiter contact details to submit your profile.
