• Role & Company / Project Overview Infinium Hospitality is recruiting a Bartender for 4-star and 5-star luxury resorts in the Maldives. This position delivers beverage service and mixology in an international resort setting. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes. - Maintain cleanliness, bar organization, glassware stock, and hygiene standards at the bar. - Engage with resort guests warmly and professionally, providing beverage recommendations. - Manage bar stock, track ingredient levels, and assist in periodic inventory counts. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience in bar operations, cocktail preparation, and beverage service in hospitality or luxury outlets. - Solid knowledge of bar equipment, ingredients, and international beverage standards. - Eligibility: Open strictly to Indian Nationals only. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Maldives (4-star and 5-star luxury resorts). - Work setup: Full-time resort-based onsite placement. • Compensation & Benefits - Placement assistance provided for 4 & 5-star luxury resorts. - Note: A career management fee is applicable for international placements (details transparently shared during the initial discussion). • Application Instructions - Share updated CV via email and mention the position applied for in the subject line.
