• Role & Company / Project Overview: The Fern Habitat Goa, Candolim (Series by Marriott) is seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender to join their food and beverage team in Candolim, Goa. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Prepare, mix, and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and mocktails according to brand recipes and guest preferences. - Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the bar counter, glassware, and beverage storage areas. - Track and manage beverage inventory, restock supplies, and handle bar equipment safely. - Provide courteous and attentive customer service, taking guest orders and enhancing overall guest experience. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience working as a Bartender in hotels, resorts, or reputable bar/restaurant settings. - Proficient knowledge of mixology, beverage preparation, bar tools, and beverage presentation. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Candolim, Goa, India. - Work arrangement: Onsite, full-time operational shifts typical of hospitality and beverage outlets. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified in the job announcement. • Application Instructions: - Send your updated resume to the specified recruitment email address.
