• Role & Company / Project Overview: The Fern Habitat Goa, Candolim (Series by Marriott) is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to oversee operational management and ensure seamless hotel functioning in Candolim, Goa. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Supervise overall daily hotel operations across departments during assigned shifts. - Serve as the primary operational contact for guest complaints, emergency situations, and special requests. - Conduct regular inspections of public areas, front of house, and facilities to maintain brand quality standards. - Support front office and lobby teams in managing guest arrivals, VIP services, and departures. - Prepare shift handover reports and communicate key operational updates to senior management. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Proven experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Duty Manager, or Front Office Supervisor in a reputable hotel. - Strong leadership, decision-making, and crisis management capabilities. - Excellent English communication and guest relations management skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Candolim, Goa, India. - Full-time onsite role with shift duties, including weekends and night shifts. • Compensation & Benefits: - Commensurate with experience, as per industry standards. • Application Instructions: - Forward your updated CV to the designated HR email.
