• Role & Company / Project Overview: The Grand New Delhi (located in Vasant Kunj), an iconic luxury hotel with 382 keys, 3 F&B outlets, and 52,000 sq ft of banqueting space (indoor and outdoor), is hiring an experienced Bartender / Mixologist to elevate beverage experiences. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Craft and serve classic cocktails, innovative beverages, and mixed drinks at a professional mixologist level. - Manage bar preparation, maintain cleanliness, inventory control, and bar stock hygiene. - Engage with guests professionally in luxury bar and dining settings. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum 1 year of experience at a Mixologist level. - In-depth knowledge of bar operations, beverage preparation, mixology techniques, and hospitality standards. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: The Grand New Delhi, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, Delhi, India. - Work arrangement: On-site luxury hotel bar operations. • Application Instructions: - Interested professionals may send their CV via the designated contact email.
