Role & Company / Project Overview: The LaLiT Grand Palace, Srinagar is seeking a skilled Bartender in the Food & Beverage Service department to provide world-class beverage service to guests in a premier luxury environment. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Prepare and serve classic and signature alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and mocktails according to hotel standards. • Maintain bar inventory, requisition beverages, and ensure compliance with licensing and sanitation laws. • Engage guests professionally, taking beverage orders and recommending pairings. • Maintain absolute cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area, glassware, and equipment. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Educational Qualification: Hospitality Graduate. • Thorough knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, beers, and bar service etiquette. • Welcoming applicants from all backgrounds, including women, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and persons with disabilities.
