Role & Company / Project Overview: Kaban Hotel & Casino Boracay is hiring a VIP Host (Expat) to support our upcoming Grand Opening at Boracay’s latest luxury casino destination. This role is focused on managing relationships with international high-value patrons, ensuring bespoke hospitality, and enhancing premium player engagement. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Serve as a primary liaison and dedicated host for international expat and high-roller casino guests. • Welcome, accompany, and cater to VIP players throughout their stay, coordinating gaming, dining, and resort experiences. • Foster strong personal relationships with foreign gaming clientele to build long-term loyalty. • Address specialized guest needs and collaborate with hotel management to ensure top-tier hospitality delivery. • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all casino regulations and operating procedures. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven experience in casino VIP hosting, luxury hospitality, international guest relations, or related high-touch client roles. • Excellent intercultural communication, social, and relationship-management abilities. • Professional presentation, discretion, and a service-first mindset. • Suitable for expatriate candidates with global guest servicing expertise. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Boracay, Malay, Aklan, Philippines. • Onsite presence within Kaban Hotel & Casino Boracay.
